Not sure now where this was on display anymore, the memory has let me down.. Early 80's as a guess. I was still at school as the shots are b&w shots and the pictures i would have developed in class looking at the photos. I would have used a class camera and you can see i wasn't very good at photography.. :

There was also some photos on display on a board from the Mad Max 2 movie set. I wished now i'd stopped and photographed them better. Only took the two shots though.

Welcome fellas..

It would have be great to have today's camera technology back then. Hell just the phones we have in todays times take awesome pics something that would have been unheard of back then..

Oh wow, look at those set photos!
Check out the salvaged Landau!

Who has these photos!
Were are they now!
Why aren't they in a properly deluxe MM2 blueray booklet or extras menu!

If Miller doesn't want to put any effort into preserving his greatest accomplishment,
why doesn't he let someone else do it for him.

UHHUH!!!
Hand the bloody rights over to the fans, we'll take care of it.
Just when you think you've definitely seen all that's out there, another magazine article turns up or someone on here reveals a photo album they've had since they were 12.

I would think for the most part the photos shown like those on them boards come from personal collections of people involved with the filming or perhaps even some of the locals from the area.

Story time but..

Long, long ago i worked this a fella who mentioned he was in MM2. It was only my second job so was around 17 at the time. His story was that he living in Broken Hill at the time and was used in the film. He was a built like a brick shithouse this fella but i really didn't know if he was just pullin me leg or was fair dinkum. He said he played the guy that was the priest which at the time didn't know there even was one in the film. Seems he was right about there being that character after looking more and also to back up his claims one night after work he pulled out a heap of pictures like those on the board. Never knew his last name during the time we worked at the same joint but recall his name being Wayne. He's not listed in the credits or his character but would be keen to learn his last name to A. catch up and B. see if i can post the few pictures he gave to me from his personal pics. Is there are full credits list of the people in the film?

These are great I started to build a replica even found the right fairing but I don't want to put a fake turbo and I just picked up a 77 KZ1000 for a Toecutter bike so I have lost interest
