Hard to tell because it looks so dressed up, but I think that's a Browning m1919.

On Frank it looks like the barrel has some attachment covering up the bit near the muzzle and the whole barrel assembly seems to be sticking out from what looks like a differential casing (or rather a half of a gear box casing). The working bits are covered up by all sorts of junk and it goes into a bicycle handlebar. The whole thing could've been cobbled together to look like a weapon for all it looks like, but I'm fairly sure that the barrel cooler is from a m1919.

.30cal was also my guess. No luck finding that on 1/24 scale, however I did score 1/24 Jeep from ebay with .50cal and also sourced metal barrel with similar cooling jacket so maybe I can make something remotely similar from those.

In the Art of Fury Road it says they acquired some 50 cal brownings for vehicles one of them is on Elvis , they are dressed up tho make it hard to see
The gun is the back of the ute looks to be a fantasy item made of bits n pieces looks a bit like a drill casing

Pretty cool stuff. I got some plastic tube today for new scoop, instead of 4mm tube I'm going one bigger and make new one from 5mm tube.

That came out surprisingly well. It needs damage of course but I'll do that later.
