Well constructive criticism is one thing, someone creating a new userid just to pour shit on someone elses work is cowardly. We all know that the new troll is someone already on this forum. They do know ip addresses are logged... dont they... ?

As i have discovered recently, its easier to just ignore whiny little dogs. Just go to your user profile and select 'friends and foes' and add the troll to the 'foes' list. You will never have to endure their ramblings again.

The forum is still a fun and interesting place to visit. Just ignore the morons.

BTW - the build is fascinating to watch. Where Oz seems to be coupe rich, the US is f100 rich... Its also easier to register and drive something like a Cobra truck stateside than here. Keep at it.

-Newsflash- The identity of "2 Real Cars" is known to me and is a close family member trying to get a rise out of me. Unfortunately, I don't think he expected the kind of backlash he recieved. NONE of his posts were meant to cause any hate or discontent, And I apologize for any trouble this may have caused. He does have two really cool hot rods.
Now I hope to get back to the purpose of this thread, building the cobra truck tribute without any more problems.

It just goes to show that as forum members we're part of some kind twisted, dysfunctional family. But no matter what we will stand by our brethren and watch their back. Neither you nor your buddy had any clue of what we've seen thru the years that makes us united as a group. If your pal buys the next round of beers and lends you a hand I'm sure all will be ok.

As far as the louvers go, the easiest route is to just stamp a sheet and weld it on.
And, as it turns out, that is the movie correct way to do it too! (As evidenced by this pic of the REAL Cobra F100 taken at B2TM. And, yes that is the wreck of the BoB behind it.)

I noticed they were sheets with louvres in the movie. I always thought it looked like the sides of an old locker.
