The quality of the Blu-ray 3D version is exceptional, or as Miller would call it: ' very creamy '

I'm awaiting delivery of the Aussie Metalpak in 3D and the German 3D Steelbook is about to be despatched. I will also buy both the 2D and 3D UK releases. I buy every live action 3D blu release here in the UK anyway and import any that are region free and not released in the UK.

Considering the 3D element was added post production, I`m staggered at how incredible Fury Road looks in the format. It really pulls you into the universe that little bit further.

Does it mean I'm old if I have no idea how to even view a 3D BluRay?

Yes perhaps. But there's always a first time...

You need the following things:

- 3D Blu ray, preferably Mad Max Fury Road or Mad Max Anthology
- 3D Blu-ray Player
- 3D HD Television
- 3D Glasses
- a pair of eyes

As a huge fan of 3D and as someone who owns well over 100 3D blu rays, Mad Max Fury Road honestly has one of the greatest 3D conversions i have ever seen. Recently conversions have been getting better and better with Jurassic Park, Titanic and Pacific Rim being 3 very notable examples. George Miller has put so much care and effort into ensuring that the 3D is a real knockout from start to finish. It just makes this stunning movie that much better from the perspectiove of a huge 3D fan like me. I've watched the 3 blu twice now, need to actually get around to watching the damn movie in 2D lol.
