I got the production designer, location scout and line producer names from the scout's resume. Thing is, if you download his resume from the website directly, you get an older version that ends with 2008 projects. However, the Quick View link from Google (below) gives you his updated resume. Check his 2009 projects on page 2 and 4.

Hughes and Gibson both worked on the earlier attempt at the movie, so their choices makes sense. It's worth noting that Harris calls the movie "Mad Max 4: Fury Road". Might this ultimately end up as the title?
